Feria Bacchus is an accomplished executive in healthcare management with extensive experience in business transformation, customer experience, and strategic operations. Currently serving as an Executive in Business Customer Experience at TELUS Health since May 2025, Feria previously held the position of Managing Director at the Health Standards Organization from 2017 to 2025, leading complex national and international projects.
