Katherine Emberly

Katherine Emberly currently serves as Senior Vice President and President of Small and Medium Business at TELUS, a position held since January 2025. In addition to this role, Katherine is a Member of the Board of Directors at Alberta Blue Cross since April 2022 and previously held the role of President and CEO at STARS from September 2023 to January 2025. Katherine's extensive career at Shaw Communications spanned from May 2003 to April 2023, during which various leadership positions included President of Business, Senior Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes roles at Rethink Communications, Grey Group, and DDB Canada. Katherine holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, completed the CTAM Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School in 2012, and earned a BSc in Home Economics from the University of Alberta between 1989 and 1993.
