Jennifer McGaw

Jennifer McGaw is a seasoned professional in laboratory quality management and molecular genetics, currently serving as the Laboratory Quality Senior Manager at Tempus Labs, Inc. since July 2017. With extensive experience in managing quality control teams and developing training programs across multiple sites, Jennifer has previously held positions as a Laboratory Quality Control Supervisor and Clinical Molecular Technologist, where responsibilities included implementing quality processes and conducting high-throughput sequencing. Prior roles at Insight Medical Genetics and Northwestern Reproductive Genetics involved quality assurance and molecular diagnostics, while earlier experience at Gentel Biosciences and University Health Network focused on assay development and microarray technologies. Jennifer McGaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
