Jeff Norrod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems analysis, project management, and technology leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Tennessee Technological University since February 2012, Jeff previously worked at SAIC as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, supporting the Department of Homeland Security and the Shared Services Center Operations Management Office. Jeff's military career spanned over two decades in the United States Air Force, where roles included Manager of Network Management Systems at the National Reconnaissance Office and Software Configuration Manager at the Air Force Personnel Center, among others. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership from Tennessee Technological University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University, and multiple associate degrees in Computer Science Technology and Business from the Community College of the Air Force and University of Maryland Global Campus.
