Marcelo Flores, P.Eng. is a highly experienced quality and manufacturing engineering professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Staff Quality Systems Manager at Tenstorrent since August 2025, Marcelo previously held positions as Quality Manager at Forcen Inc. and Lean Manufacturing Engineer at G&W Electric Co. Marcelo's extensive experience also includes roles as Continuous Improvement Leader and Manufacturing Engineer at Excelitas Technologies Corp., System and Subsystem Verification Lead at SCIEX, and Electronics Technologist at Vasogen Inc. Marcelo's educational background encompasses a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Certificate in Business Management from McMaster University, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology from Sheridan College.
