Samuel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Teraco Data Environments starting from April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Barclays Africa Group Limited for over 13 years, holding the position of Managing Principal from October 2007 to April 2020. Before joining Barclays, they worked at Standard Bank as a Structured Debt Finance professional from 2003 to 2007.

Samuel Erwin obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand from 1994 to 1996. Samuel then pursued a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Cape Town from 1997 to 1998.
