James Davis has extensive experience in data insight and customer relationship management within the arts sector. Currently serving as Support Escalation Specialist EU at Tessitura Network since April 2019, James focuses on leveraging the Tessitura CRM system to enhance audience engagement and improve customer journeys. Previously, James held several roles at Cheltenham Festivals from 2010 to 2018, culminating as Head of CRM & Insight, where responsibilities included analyzing and reporting on marketing and sales for numerous events across multiple festivals. James also worked as a CRM Information Manager and Campaign Planning and Marketing Analyst during this time. Prior work experience includes an HR Assistant position at Cheltenham Borough Council, where administrative skills were developed in recruitment and general HR functions. James holds a BA Hons in Business and Marketing from the University of Plymouth.
