Tessitura
Suzanne Davidson currently serves as Senior Director at Tessitura, where leadership is provided to two consulting teams specializing in CRM and Ecommerce since November 2013. Previously, in the role of Director of Application Services, Suzanne ensured the successful implementation of Tessitura Network web products, including TN Express Web (TNEW) and TN Mobile Plus (TNMP), by managing a team of specialists. Additionally, as a Senior Implementation Specialist, expertise in web products was leveraged to train and support customers while leading troubleshooting efforts. Since January 2018, Suzanne has managed the Web Products Implementation Team at Tessitura Network. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Ticket Services Manager at the University Musical Society, with an earlier role as Front-of-House Coordinator. Suzanne graduated from Western Michigan University in 2003.
