Marcus Melo

Marcus Melo has a long history of work experience. In 2021, they began working at TestGorilla as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, they joined Voxy as a Software Engineer. At Voxy, they were responsible for providing personalized language instruction to global corporations, major educational institutions and governments worldwide. In 2015, they began working at GridCure as a Software Engineer. Finally, in 2013, they worked as a Technical and Operational Management Intern at TELEBRAS, where they were part of a group of engineers responsible for promoting a massive spread of Internet access to Brazilian people.

Marcus Melo began their educational journey in 2011 when they attended Universidade de Brasília and obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2016. In 2014, they completed an Exchange Student program at the University of California, Berkeley, also in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. In 2017, they completed the HBX Entrepreneurship Essentials program at Harvard Business School Online. In 2019, Marcus obtained two certificates from Universidade Estadual de Campinas: Introduction to Photovoltaic Solar Energy - Grid-Tie and Off-Grid Systems, and Project and Design of Photovoltaic Systems and Photovoltaic Power Plants. Marcus also holds certifications from Cornell University and DataCamp.
