Gabriel Sandoval

Gabriel Sandoval serves as Chief Legal Officer at TetraScience since December 2021 and as General Counsel and Venture Partner at Ulu Ventures since January 2020, leveraging nearly thirty years of experience in Silicon Valley. At Ulu Ventures, a seed stage venture firm focused on enterprise IT, Gabriel combines legal expertise with venture partnership. Additionally, Gabriel has provided legal counsel and executive advisory services through SVGC, advising companies from pre-Series A to public on business and legal matters. Previously, Gabriel held the role of Chief Executive Officer at LK LiquidKlear, a fintech company, and served as Chief Legal Officer at Deem, Inc. and Vice President, General Counsel at Ariba. Gabriel's legal career began at Oracle, where major responsibilities included overseeing licensing and services for Latin America. Gabriel holds degrees from Stanford University and Santa Clara University School of Law.
