Jenni Tilot Short serves as Chief People Officer and Human Resources Director at Texans Credit Union since March 2018. Prior to this role, Jenni held the position of Director of Training at Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs while ensuring legal compliance. Jenni also worked as a Senior HR Consultant, providing HR advice to clients across 28 states. Previous experience includes various human resources roles at Target, culminating as Human Resources Manager, and an early career as an HR intern at Perlman Rocque. Jenni holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
