Mouness Yacoub

Mouness Yacoub, P.E. is an experienced project manager and civil engineer with a robust background in transportation engineering, currently serving as Project Manager and Design Team Lead at the Texas Department of Transportation since July 1998. Responsibilities include managing project development, overseeing design tasks, and establishing district design policies within the Tyler District. Previous roles include Principal Civil Engineer and Technical Design Lead at IHI E&C International Corporation, and project manager at Worley, where Mouness led civil engineering design on the Mozambique LNG project.
