Alon Azares

Alon Azares is a seasoned Flow Cytometry Specialist at Texas Heart Institute at St Luke's Episcopal Hospital since July 2009, with extensive experience in conducting advanced research in medical and biotechnology fields, particularly in cancer gene and stem cell therapies, as well as cardiovascular research. Prior roles include Senior Research Associate at Texas A&M Health Science Center, where Alon established the Flow Cytometry Core, and Project Manager at Ex Vivo Technologies, where Alon managed experiments involving cell culture and flow cytometry. Additional experience includes a Senior Research Associate position at MD Anderson Cancer Center focused on adenovirus vector production and a Laboratory Technician role at Miami VAMC. Alon served in the United States Marine Corps as a Scout Team Leader. Alon holds an Executive MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Miami, and an AA in Pre-Medicine from Del Mar College.
