Scott Oldebeken

Scott Oldebeken is currently serving as a Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellow at Texas Heart Institute since July 2020. Prior to this role, Scott completed an Anesthesiology Residency at New York University Langone Medical Center from July 2016 to June 2020, where Scott was recognized as Chief Resident during the 2019-2020 term. Scott’s academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from New York University School of Medicine, earned in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Westminster College in 2009. Scott has a foundation in research, having held positions as a Medical Student Research Fellow at NYU Langone Medical Center, a Research Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. Notable awards include fellowships from the American Heart Association and New York Academy of Medicine.
