Shan He

Shan He, MD, is currently a Fellow in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at The Texas Heart Institute since July 2023. Prior to this, Shan Shan completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine from July 2020 to June 2023 and a residency in Pediatrics at Texas Children's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020. Shan Shan also participated in a Pediatric Global Health Rotation at Botswana-Baylor Children's Clinical Centre of Excellence in late 2019. Early career experiences included roles as a Finance Intern at Cardinal Health and a Volunteer Services Intern at Dell Children's Medical Center Foundation. Shan He's academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The University of Texas Medical Branch (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business (2010-2014).
