Cathy Barter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cathy started their career at North Star Behavioral Health in 2009 as a Lead RN before moving to Katmai Oncology Group in 2011 as a Clinic RN. Their most recent position at Texas Oncology included roles as a Senior RN, Infusion, RN Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Supervisor, Regional Research Manager, and currently, Regional Research Director. Their experience showcases their progression and expertise in clinical research and nursing roles.
Cathy Barter earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2008. In 2007, they also spent a year studying at John Cabot University. Cathy obtained the OCN certification from the Oncology Nursing Society in December 2017.
