Lisa Leopold is a seasoned procurement and strategic sourcing professional with extensive experience in the steel manufacturing and higher education sectors. Currently serving as a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Buyer at Texas State University since July 2019, Lisa specializes in raw materials management, vendor management, and oversight of procurement processes, with a strong emphasis on ISO quality procedures. Prior experience includes a managerial role in raw materials and human resources at CMC Steel Texas from February 1996 to April 2019, and as a controller at CMC Victoria & Austin from May 1989 to February 1996. Lisa possesses significant expertise in SAP and the Jaggaer ERP systems, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities through project management and training initiatives.
