Van Halley

Van Halley is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel for Human Resources at Textron Aviation since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney in labor relations and employment with the City of Wichita, Kansas, from June 2018 to July 2022. Van Halley also worked as Associate General Counsel at Commerce Bancshares, Inc., from December 2002 to May 2018, and held an associate position at Stinson Morrison Hecker from August 1997 to December 2002. The legal career began as a Research Attorney at the Kansas Court of Appeals from September 1995 to August 1997.
