Virginie DALSENO (CONDO) has an extensive background in sales and business development, particularly within the cryogenics sector of Thales, where Virginie has served as Head of Sales Department since November 2015, following a role as Export Sales Manager in the same area. Virginie’s experience includes customer relationship management, international negotiations, and pre-sales activities, supported by a series of specialized trainings in management and negotiations. Prior to joining Thales, Virginie held roles at Amadeus IT Group and Crowne Plaza Brussels, focusing on customer needs analysis and marketing communications. Virginie's academic credentials include a Master of Science in International Marketing & Business Development from SKEMA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University.
