Rachael Cunningham

Rachael Cunningham is an experienced Employment and Skills Partner at Thames Water since April 2016, where responsibilities include developing pathways for underrepresented and disadvantaged communities through outreach and skill interventions. Previously, Rachael served as a Communications Manager within the Commercial and Procurement Team at Thames Water, focusing on supply chain engagement and internal communications. Prior to Thames Water, Rachael founded Rachael Cunningham Limited, providing business development support to SMEs, and gained extensive recruitment experience at Michael Page, including roles as Manager for Public Sector and Not for Profit Recruitment and Regional Manager for Industry and Commerce Recruitment. Rachael began a career at Hewlett-Packard as a Project Analyst, contributing to supplier database creation and cost analysis. Rachael holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from De Montfort University.
