The 93% Club
Jennifer Chong serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pinter since October 2020 and holds multiple leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Trustees and Industry Advisory Board Member at The 93% Club since October 2021, as well as a Board Trustee position at International Cat Care since January 2021. Previously, Jennifer was a Board Trustee at Eat Club Org from May 2020 to April 2023 and worked as a Solicitor in the Charity and Social Enterprise Department at Bates Wells from January 2019 to October 2020. Early in their career, Jennifer was an Associate in the Structured Finance Group at Linklaters from March 2016 to January 2019 and completed a trainee program there. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2013.

The 93% Club is a members’ club for people who went to state schools. We exist to dismantle the class inequality that exists in Britain today through the power of community. By bringing together thousands of like-minded individuals across the country, we are breaking down the structural barriers to social mobility and building a future that’s fairer for the next generation. We are driven by our goal of solving the UK’s social mobility problem, once and for all. Whilst that might sound ambitious, it guides us in everything we do and steers the way in which we operate as a truly mission-driven organisation.
