Mal Reason

Mal Reason is an experienced professional in organisational development and learning with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) since November 2019, Mal previously held multiple leadership roles at Vodafone from 2013 to 2019, focusing on robotics, future work, learning, and talent acquisition. Prior positions include Head of Learning and Professional Development at Medibank Health Solutions, Director of Non-Custodial Training at Corrective Services NSW, and Manager of Staff Development and Training at Tasmania Prison Service. Mal also worked as a consultant and held a position as Vocational Training and Content Manager at Vodafone Australia. Academically, Mal holds a Master of Arts in e-Learning from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Tasmania.
