Aly Sayed

Aly Sayed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within academic and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior LMS Support Engineer at The American University in Cairo since October 2021, Aly Sayed has previously held leadership and technical positions at Heliopolis University and SEKEM Group, among others. Key accomplishments include implementing Active Directory for over 400 users, preparing computer labs for online exams, and providing technical support across multiple organizations. Aly Sayed is also an educator, having taught computer fundamentals at Cairo University and contributed to reducing technological illiteracy through instruction at the Rotary Club. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree and a Premaster in Computer Science from Cairo University, along with an Academic Postgraduate Diploma in the same field.
