Gavin McDonald

Gavin McDonald has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Build/Sys Admin at The Apache Software Foundation since 2005, focusing on maintaining essential servers and expanding Build Services for ASF projects. Previously, Gavin owned 16 Degrees Complete Web Solutions, providing web design, hosting, and related services from 2008 to 2011, and managed the Independent Web Developers Portal from 2006 to 2011. Prior roles include owning Brighton Computers, where computer repair and upgrades were provided, and working as a Software Technician at Tresham Institute, overseeing a large network of computers and telephone systems. Gavin holds a Dip Comp (Open) degree from The Open University, completed in 2005.
