Julie Guerra currently serves as the Director of NCO and Soldier Programs at the Association of the United States Army since September 2023, focusing on strategic planning and communication initiatives aligned with the AUSA 2025 Strategic Plan. Previously, Julie Guerra dedicated over 14 years to the US Army, holding various senior leadership positions, including DA G2 SGM, Cyber Corps CSM, and Brigade CSM of the 501st Military Intelligence Brigade. Responsibilities included managing intelligence personnel, overseeing training for thousands of soldiers, promoting professional development, and providing strategic guidance across multiple directorates. Julie Guerra holds a BS in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University and graduated from Terre Haute South High School.

The Association of the United States Army is an organization formed in 1950 that has supported all aspects of national security while advancing the interests of the armed forces. As a private, nonprofit education organization, AUSA supports people involved in America's Army -- Active soldiers, National Guard, Reserves, civilians, retirees,government civil servants, wounded warriors, and veterans.
