Matthew Aaron

Matthew Aaron, CAPM, currently serves as AVP, Enterprise Project Manager at The Bancorp, overseeing enterprise-wide projects within the Project Management Office since April 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Help Desk Manager at CARGROUP HOLDINGS, LLC, managing a team responsible for IT support for 250 internal users across numerous branches. Matthew has also served in various managerial roles at Starr Companies, where responsibilities included directing teams in underwriting services and quality assurance, as well as implementing process improvements through robotic process automation. Prior experience includes positions at Independence Blue Cross, CIGNA Healthcare, and self-employment as a freelance theatre technician. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from Franklin & Marshall College.
