Robert von Steuben

Robert von Steuben has over three decades of experience in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at The Bancorp since October 2009, where responsibilities include managing the learning function and collaborating with senior leadership on educational priorities. Previously, Robert held roles such as AVP Learning & Development and AVP Education and Quality at The Bancorp, focusing on corporate training programs and quality processes in the Call Center. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Education at Barclaycard, overseeing department growth and staff development, and as a Training Specialist at First Union, facilitating new hire classes. Robert's career began at CoreStates as an Assistant Branch Manager, having progressed from Teller. Robert holds a degree from Temple University, completed between 1984 and 1993.
