Stephanie Ketron

Stephanie Ketron, CHS, currently serves as Vice President of Learning and Development at Westgate Resorts, where responsibilities include the development and execution of strategic plans for Learning and Development initiatives. Previous roles within the company include Director and Senior Operations Training Manager, focusing on aligning Learning and Development functions with organizational objectives through comprehensive frameworks. Prior to Westgate Resorts, Stephanie held the position of Guest Experience Training Manager at Walt Disney World, participating in a leadership training program. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Training Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, a Signal Support System Specialist in the United States Army Reserve, and as Assistant Store Manager at Aeropostale, Inc. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from West Virginia University.
