Radu Constantinescu serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Prietenii Muzeului de Istorie a Romaniei since January 2024 and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at QUALITANCE since January 2007, focusing on designing and building innovative products and services utilizing next-generation technology. Additionally, Radu is an Associate Professor at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, teaching Operating Systems and Computer Architecture, and has been instrumental in delivering computer science courses and research activities. Previous roles include Competency Lead at E-CAESAR managing e-government projects and IT Specialist at Nationala SA, maintaining business partnerships and network administration. Radu holds a PhD in Computer Science, a Master's in Business Informatics, and a Licentiate in Computer Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Informatics.
