As one of Build Up’s original team members, Sarah combined her passion for helping others with her previous experience as an Executive Assistant to be a Relationship and Operations Associate for Build Up Advisory Group.
Sarah has continued to grow within the Build Up Companies and is excited to be the Lead of People and Culture.
In this role, Sarah is responsible for the recruiting and hiring processes, the BUC employee lifecycle, and the delivery of critical human resource processes. She also provides support regarding the BUC employee experience, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy which will allows her to share her love for building community, planning events, and developing others by sustaining meaningful relationships across the BUC.
Sarah’s proudest accomplishment is her family. Her husband Tom and their two sons, TJ and Louis, keep their home full of laughter and love.
Sarah is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a Bachelors in Sociology. She also completed the College Program at Walt Disney World and is happy to discuss Disney magic anytime!
Sarah is grateful that through Build Up, she can have a meaningful career and invaluable time with her family.
