Asha Musoni FCIPD serves as the Chief People Officer at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) since April 2024. Prior to this role, Asha held various positions at Ofcom from December 2019 to April 2024, including interim Head of People Business Partnering and Head of People Strategy Execution & Change. Asha's experience also includes serving as Head of People Strategy & Governance at the UK Home Office from October 2017 to November 2019 and Head of Inspection Operations at Asha's Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) for a year. Previous roles within the UK Home Office involved chief of staff, programme management, and policy advising. Asha's academic background includes an LLB in Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University.
