Matthew Joy has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager of Noir-Bar at The Charles Hotel since December 2009, where previously held the position of Night Manager. Prior roles include Front Office Manager at Kimpton Hotels for eight months in 2008, Assistant Front Office Manager and Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Omni Hotels from July 2006 to May 2008, and Housekeeping Manager at Marriott International from January 2004 to May 2006. Matthew Joy is a graduate of Champlain College.
