Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and business management across the chemical and materials industries. As the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at The Chemours Company since August 2015, Rogers supports the Executive Team in strategic planning to achieve growth objectives for a $6 billion publicly traded corporation. Previous roles include leading global strategy for the Fluoroproducts business, with significant profit and loss responsibilities, and serving as Global Business Manager at DuPont for Krytox® Performance Lubricants. Rogers holds multiple degrees from Penn State University, including a Master’s in Business and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, and is currently enhancing executive leadership skills at The Wharton School.
