Richard Dzina began their career in the US Army as an Officer from 1985 to 1989. Richard then joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they held various roles from 1991 to 2006. These included positions such as Senior Vice President - Central Bank and International Account Services, Senior Vice President - Market Operations, Monitoring, and Analysis, and Senior Vice President and Wholesale Product Manager, among others.
