Wes Tyler is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Club at Carlton Woods since May 2017, Wes previously held positions as Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef at Houston Oaks and Spectrum Events, respectively. With a strong background in kitchen management, staffing, and operational oversight in high-pressure environments, Wes also gained valuable experience in fine dining and catering at establishments such as 1252 Tapas Bar and Woodlands Country Club. Wes holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary from Sullivan University and has developed a diverse skill set in culinary arts throughout a career that began in 2008.
