David Schappelle

David Schappelle, MS, PHR, and SAFe Agilist, currently serves as the Director of Compensation, HRIS and Records at the Community College of Baltimore County. With extensive experience in Human Resources, David has held various senior HR roles, including Fractional CHRO and Consultant for David S. Schappelle Consulting HR, where expertise includes compliance and strategic HR planning for federal contractors. Previous positions encompass Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at C-HIT, Senior HR Business Partner at Northrop Grumman, and HR Manager roles at Emergent Space Technologies and QSSI. David possesses a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources, complemented by multiple Bachelor’s degrees in History.
