Steven Fay is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and client support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at The Connection Contact Center since June 2022, Steven previously held the role of Sr Client Support Technician at Spok from May 2017 to May 2022. Additionally, Steven gained valuable experience as an IT Intern specializing in desktop support at North Memorial Health Care from January 2016 to May 2017. Steven's foundational skills were developed during service in the U.S. Army as a Chemical Operations Specialist from July 2007 to June 2013. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security from Rasmussen University (2017-2019) and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Technology Systems from Dunwoody College of Technology (2013-2015).
