Prior experience includes management positions at Fossil Group, Inc. as DM Midwest Outlets and various roles at Eddie Bauer, where Jen advanced from Director of Retail Operations to Director of Operations-Sales and Service. Additionally, experience as District Manager at both Ann Taylor Loft and Starbucks Coffee Company underscores a strong background in retail management. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University.
