William started their career at Constellation Energy in 1991 and worked their way up from Plant Manager to Director of Assets - Operations in 2007. William then joined Constellation Power Generation as the Director of Asset Operations in 2007 before moving to The Conti Group in 2012, where they currently serve as the Director - Project Controls - Power.
