Caroline Noonan Gould

Caroline Noonan Gould is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and institutional operations. Currently serving as Vice President at The Corcoran Group since March 2024, Caroline previously held the position of Associate Director at Compass Private Brokerage from June 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, a managerial role was undertaken at Coinbase, focusing on Institutional Operations Strategy and Learning & Development from December 2021 to January 2023. Caroline has also contributed to Compass in various capacities from 2019 to 2021, including Associate Manager of Onboarding Operations and Senior Agent Experience Manager. Earlier in the career at Putnam Investments, Caroline served as a DCIO Consultant Relations Associate and Global Distribution Associate. Additionally, experience includes a fundraising role at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and an internship at Mullen Lowe U.S. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and United States Government from Connecticut College and graduated from Dana Hall School with a high school diploma.
