Marc Alter

Marc has led a diverse and varied career. Prior to joining Corcoran and Citi Habitats as VP of Education, he had been 1) an active real estate agent for the past 7 years (most recently with Corcoran in the Union Square office), 2) a former Managing Director at Level Group, a NYC-based real estate brokerage firm, where he managed and trained 150+ agents, and 3) the founder of The Closing, an email newsletter educating consumers on the world of NYC real estate. He has also founded multiple tech startups, worked in investment banking and helped launch an education non-profit called Urban Enrichment.
