Zulla Getahun

Zulla Getahun currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at The Corcoran Group, where responsibilities include cultivating relationships with various departments to implement innovative products and services, and developing an industry-leading education curriculum for over 2,000 agents across 16+ offices. Concurrently, Zulla holds the position of Director of Partnership & Business Development at True North EDI, advising the Founder and CEO on optimizing client partnerships. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Leasing at Centennial Properties NY, managing extensive rentals in Manhattan, and as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Citi Habitats, focusing on client relationships. Zulla also contributed to launching a boutique realty firm as a Manager and Lead Salesperson at VERTEX REALTY GROUP, LLC, where training and recruiting new agents was a key responsibility.
