Lindsey Gray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, community engagement, and public affairs. Currently serving as the Executive Director of CSG South/Southern Legislative Conference at The Council of State Governments since February 2021, Lindsey previously held the position of President and CEO at Bantam Strategy Group, where initiatives focused on strategic shared micromobility for cities. Notable roles also include Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Gotcha, where key accomplishments included leading a merger and managing a diverse client portfolio, and founding Zyp BikeShare, the first electric pedal-assist bikeshare system in the Western Hemisphere. Lindsey's career spans several organizations where management of large budgets and community programs was essential. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Administration and completion of the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia.
