The Crossroads Group
An accomplished Hispanic television reporter, journalist, and translator, Flor helped co-found The Crossroads Group with her husband and currently serves as Director of Recruiting. Flor is actively involved with ensuring that open positions and projects are filled with high quality individuals and oversees the interview and selection process as well as the front-end onboarding and assessment process for employees and/or contractors. An experienced translator with advanced education in Spanish, Flor also assists with translation activities and custom questionnaire design and implementation. She also assists with conducting surveys for special projects. In her spare time, Flor enjoys spending time with her family, volunteer work with her church, exercise-walking, travel, and gardening.

The Crossroads Group
Since 2003, the mission of The Crossroads Group is simply to help organizations hear and respond to the voice of the customer/stakeholder and report findings in a manner that facilitates effective follow-up action at all levels (from senior leadership to front-line staff). While specializing in the community health center, rural health clinics, health departments, and other primary care delivery organizations, the Crossroads Group also is experienced in providing services for pharmacies, specialty care centers (e.g. Nephrology), Emergency Rooms, and hospitals. The Crossroads Group is also experienced working with health plans and health plan surveys and has provided services in other industries such as education, residency programs, and banking and has implemented several custom surveys to assess special programs or grant-funded projects.
