Dan Doney

Dan Doney serves as the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at DTCC Digital Assets since November 2015 and has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Securrency, a FinTech platform dedicated to monetizing excess capacity in assets. Doney founded IntelEdge, LLC in October 2015 and acted as an advisor for CRYPTO20 until January 2024, specializing in compliance. Previous experience includes roles at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, the Defense Intelligence Agency as Chief Innovation Officer, and various technical leadership positions at Strategic Enterprise Solutions and IARPA. Doney's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
