Melissa McMillan has over 30 years of experience in the market research industry, currently serving as a Senior Research Manager and Senior Project Manager at Directions Research, Inc. since April 2012. Prior to this role, Melissa spent nearly 15 years at Ipsos, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and leading the Research Excellence department for the NA West Region. Additional positions at Ipsos encompassed Director, Client Service and various leadership roles in project management. Earlier in the career, Melissa gained experience at Qfact Marketing Research, progressing from Project Director to Senior Project Director. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Wilmington University.
