Miguel Martinez-Baco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and innovation, currently serving as the Vice President and Research & Innovation Strategist at The Directions Group since July 2014. Prior to this role, Miguel held the position of VP for Qualitative and Hispanic Services at ORC International from January 2013 to July 2014, following a similar role at MRSI (Marketing Research Services, Inc.) before its integration into ORC International from 2000 to December 2012. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Qualitative Researcher and Moderator at Market Segment Research and as an Engineer in Product Development at Procter & Gamble. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
