Christopher Davis

Christopher Davis, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project since August 2023. Previously, Christopher held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Employee Engagement Coordinator at the NC Department of Health and Human Services from January 2023 to July 2023, and served as the Human Resources Manager at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) from January 2021 to September 2022. With a distinguished 22-year career in the United States Air Force, Christopher managed airfield operations for multiple airports across three states and two countries, ensuring regulatory compliance and logistical support for military and civilian operations. Christopher earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University between 2015 and 2018.
