Kristi Flax is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of The Evewell since November 2016, where the focus is on individualized gynaecology and fertility care with a workforce of over 85 across two clinics in central London. Previously, Kristi founded PPI Claimline, growing it to over 190 employees and successfully exiting to National Accident Helpline. Earlier career roles include Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, where focus was on debt transactions, and Director at GE Capital, managing leveraged buyout debt transactions and overseeing multiple portfolio companies. Kristi began the career as an Associate at Prudential Financial in high yield and leveraged finance investment banking. Education credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
