Executive VP In Management Team Of DSME Creditors’ Committee at Export-Import Bank of Korea

Woongsung Yang has a diverse work experience spanning over 11 years. WOONSUNG is currently working as an Executive VP in the Management Team of DSME Creditors' Committee at Export-Import Bank of Korea since January 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager in the Technical and Environmental Advisory Office at the same company from January 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining the Export-Import Bank of Korea, Woongsung worked as a Senior Credit Officer and a Senior Loan Officer at the same organization from July 2015 to December 2016 and from September 2013 to June 2015 respectively. In these roles, they provided financial support to various shipping projects, including loan guarantees for shipbuilding projects.

In 2012, Woongsung pursued their Master's degree at Cass Business School. Prior to that, they worked at Export-Import Bank of Korea as a Senior Loan Officer in the Ship Finance Department from February 2008 to August 2012. WOONSUNG also held a position as an Associate Manager from February 2008 to June 2011.

In 2007, Woongsung gained internship experience at FORCE Technology, and in 2006, they participated in an undergraduate program at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering.

WOONSUNG YANG pursued a Master's degree in Shipping, Trade, and Finance from Cass Business School, attending from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Seoul National University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2008. In 2006 and 2007, they were a visiting student at the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on Mechanical Engineering.
